Working closely with the Grosvenor Estate and specialist craftsmen, we designed and remodelled this exceptional low built Mews House. Arranged over just four floors its one of the widest, newly developed houses in Belgravia and provides fantastic lateral living with a roof terrace, basement and garage.
The entrance hall sets the tone of this elegant residence. Large slab marble floor with a glass floor panel finished with polished metal trim. The handrail is leather wrapped hardwood and polished nickel handrail with a toughened low iron clear glass balustrade. The custom made chandelier by Lasvit expands the four storey stairwell. Off the lobby through the walnut doors with polished nickel inlay details finished with custom made Art deco style polished nickel ironmongery that leads into the Kitchen.
Marble slab flooring continues from the entrance hall into the striking contemporary kitchen, where the natural beauty of the marble floor contrasts with the calming neutral tones of the Poggenpohl gloss slab fitted units housing state of the art appliances. The dining area has insert carpet inlay within the marble floor with recessed ceiling down-lights and a tiered chandelier which creates is a relaxing and elegant entertaining space.
The master suite blends shades of cream, grey and champagne, creating a calming and serene space. This sense of tranquillity is further heightened by the contrast of luxurious textures and finishes; hand tufted wool and silk carpet meet layers of sumptuous bedding leading to the Master Dressing Room with veneered custom fitted joinery with polished nickel inlays.
The Media Room is a luxurious relaxing room in which to sit back and enjoy your favourite movie. The walnut flooring has inset carpet in the seating area and the fabric lined acoustic wall cladding with 4K projector screen and automated ceiling recessed projector make for a fantastic entertaining space. The bespoke wet bar has a revolution wave marble counter-top with polished nickel basin and taps. The veneered fitted joinery and wall panelling with RGB backlit specialist glass panel and Crestron interfaced automated veneered panel all designed by RBD Architecture & Interiors.
This beautiful roof terrace with cedar fencing and feature living wall allows the owner to enjoy the splendour of London from the comfort of their home, but also offers a level of privacy not commonly found in cities. This allows the terrace to become an extension of the interior space, with origin acoustic speakers, outside lighting and electrical points, this space can be enjoyed all year round, whilst still offering the privacy usually only afforded by being indoors. Specialists in outdoor furniture such as Coco Wolff and Kettal provide sumptuous yet durable finishes in timeless designs which can withstand inclement weather.
