The Project
Our client brief was to improve the existing internal accommodation by reconfiguring the layout and by increasing the internal floor area.
The Design Response
We obtained planning permission to extend and alter the rear elevation of the property, this required the demolition of the existing ground floor rear extension and erection of a replacement extension across the full width of the house.
The project was completely designed and managed in-house by our architectural and interior design team – who were able to work closely together to cover every aspect of the brief. Our interior designers worked closely with the client to source a selection of stunning fabrics, materials, fixtures and fittings to complete the finished look.
I cannot recommend Andy and the RBD team enough – absolutely fantastic. I engaged Andy on a major project for 6+ months. At all times he was super professional and knowledgeable. I was DELIGHTED with the results and will definitely use him again!

I employed RBD Architecture & Interiors to renovate a London townhouse into 2 apartments. Andy did a fantastic job of laying out the space in both properties resulting in both apartments achieving the full asking price in record time.
